  6. KitCat is a CatComp-like utility that may help to create localized programs,
  7. which may offer different languages using the so-called catalogs and the 
  8. locale.library.

  10. KitCat picks up certain source files (called catalog descriptions and
  11. catalog trsnslations) containing the program's strings and further informations
  12. and creates the source to handle them (either C or Oberon) and the catalog
  13. files. KitCat is mostly compatible to CatComp, but the C-source differs a
  14. little bit.

  17. program of that kind ... ;-)
